Big Lake Organics LLC provides organic waste collection services for residential and commercial customers in the Chequamegon Bay area and , including but not limited to:

  • Monthly subscription services for homeowners, including the provision of buckets, liners, and instructions, with drop-off locations in Ashland, Washburn, and Bayfield.
  • Commercial organic waste collection services tailored to businesses and institutions.
  • Temporary bin rental services for events.
  • Bulk Compost, Mulch and Mix
  • Bagged All Purpose Potting Mix, Premium Grade A Compost Soil Amendment and Biologically Active Soil Booster.

BIG LAKE ORGANICS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BIG LAKE ORGANICS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES.  

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BIG LAKE ORGANICS LLC TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO BIG LAKE ORGANICS LLC FOR THE USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Big Lake Organics LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wisconsin, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. 

10. Changes to These Terms

Big Lake Organics LLC reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.  

11.  Access rights

 We may share access rights to third parties like Woocommerce on occassion for troubleshooting. 

12. Termination

Big Lake Organics LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Website, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation your breach of these Terms. 

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Big Lake Organics LLC regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
